1. Study and review the project documents. 2. Implement the Organization Chart and define the responsibilities for each function. 3. Participate in setting the project time schedule. 4. Receive the site free from barriers and obstacles or any obstacles that may be present. 5. Start in implementing the work drawings and follow-up to their approval by the consultant. 6. Develop Safety and Security plan. 7. Identifying outside side (Owner - Consultant - Supervision - Project Management Consultant ....) 8. Prepares usage forms with consultant and owner. 9. Get the Consultant approval on the following (Organizational Structure, Time Plan Schedule, Subcontractors, Shop Drawings, Materials and Equipment, and all that is required for adoption
Qualifications • PMP certificate is preferable

Education major Construction
Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills Knowledge of Project Management, Planning, Cost Control. • Ability to administer technical support services • Decision maker and leadership ability • Negotiation Skills • Communication Skills. • Ability to work well through others • Ability to handle multi tasks and meet due date.
