1. Property buyer/sellers lead generation through journals, real estate portals, and referrals. 2. Present purchase/lease offers to sellers/lessors for consideration. 3. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. 4. Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients. 5. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds. 6. Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers and act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers. 7. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions and remax.com.eg. 8. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources. 9. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property. 10. Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain finances.
Qualifications -Fresh graduate or experienced sales associate -Car owner is a must
