1- Responding to all incoming sales inquiries by phone, fax or e-mail and preparing quotations and submittals for tenders as needed. 2- Coordinate between sales team and product management to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and profit margins. 3- Generate accurate, rapid cost calculations and timely issue of quotations to the customer using CRM. 4- Support the sales manager with following up on the sales team activities. 5- Keep update data with all finished product stock in warehouse - 6- keep track of all invoices until receiving the corresponding value from customers. 7- Recording and updating the progress of all inquiries to translate it into reports to support the sales director in strategic decisions. 8- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all inquiries and correspondences and incorporate them in customer’s database.
Qualifications Bachelor degree –very good command of MS word, power point and excel. Previous experience in a manufacturing cables company is an asset in choosing the right candidate.
