1-Review customer’s drawings and specification thoroughly and prepare the CIF and quotation prior for pricing in head office if the job is complicated and cannot be done in area office. Prepare proposal and proposal drawings for submittal to the customer if the job can be priced in area office , 2-Once a contract was signed or a letter of intent is received from the customer, preparing the necessary documents and send it to head office for order entry in the system. Prepare job acceptance form, contract price breakdown sheet, sketches and complexity chart (if the job is estimated in area office , 3-Any changes to the original contract while the job is in progress in Engineering, necessary change order contract will be submitted to the customer. Follow up with the customer if there are change orders which affect the original contract price , 4- Review the approval drawings thoroughly as commented on Zamil Steel approval drawings by the customer and prepare necessary change order to Head Office .
Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineering is a must, prefer ain shams-Cairo-Alexandria university, (Any courses in Sales & Marketing is a plus; athletic & having social activities is a plus), background in sales or construction field/design familiar with steel structure PEB terms
