1. Develop Online SharePoint sites on Office 365 to implement all company forms, procedures & workflows. 2. Establish connections to existing SAP Microsoft SQL DB 3. Perform & responsible on all IT department activities. 4. Administrate & maintain the company network 5. Responsible on company network security . 6. Setup & maintain all Network equipment. 7. Trouble shoot and fix all IT problems. 8. Communicate with IT suppliers & services providers to provide the required services to company network equipment and follow up the executions of those services till completion 9. Manage and maintain backups, antivirus, firewall… 10. Create reports & queries for SAP B1 using crystal reports. 11. Manage office 365 services 12. Responsible on company public website 13. Provide all necessary trainings for company employees on all developed and configured tools. 14. Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. 15. Continuous improvement for personal skills & knowledge 16. Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. 17. Reporting.
Qualifications -BSc. Of Computer science. -MCSE Certified -At least 2 years’ experience ( preferred in IT within pharma factory ) -Experienced with; SharePoint , Windows 2008 Server, MS SQL queries, Crystal report, Office 365 administration & functionalitie, . Cyberoam Firewall, MyPBX administration & configuration. -Very good English written & conversation. -Good presentation & communication skills
