Description Regular training for our beauty advisors -Improve their selling techniques and methods. -Teach our beauty advisors how to provide an excellent customer service. -Continuous evaluation for their skincare, make up &fragrance knowledge (Techniques and Products). -Checking the Brands and team presentation wherever you go and report on any problem to the brand manager and CC. the marketing & Sales Division Director. 2-Promoting : -Regular and per”organized activities and promotion behind the counter and in beauty room when available. -Conduct several events and VIP gatherings. To work side by side with Regional Training Manager her regular visits to the local market. 3-Human Resources: -Regular follow up for beauty advisors with reference to HR- Promoting and motivating ‡etc... -Improve our B.A. loyalty. -Improve our B.A. grooming. -Continuous evaluation (on monthly basis) to our B.A.
Qualifications -Excellent product knowledge and outstanding selling techniques. -Ability to motivate and strengthen the local team.
