Making materials analysis according customer’s specification Checking the stock materials before purchase the new orders received • Raise Purchase orders from system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line With production planning requirement Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirement Calculating Bill of Materials according to specification Received from Customer Release Materials to the Production according to Bill of Materials needs Follow up with purchasing department for in stock date for each item Follow up with Logistic team will receive materials on time Confirming the delivery date to sales department after review the material situation for the orders Sent to the production planning the orders according to raw material situation • Trouble shooting on production situations • Make sure the orders delivered on time
Qualifications Competent IT Skills in Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills Bachelor degree at any relevant 0-3 years experience Negotiation and analytical skills Ability to be assertive to achieve goals Ability to work without close supervision
