Project strategy, undertaking planning and methods studies to help the PM optimize future outcomes. ensure active engagement of team members by delegating tasks to the appropriate person both on a long term and on a day-to-day basis. coordinate and regulate various meetings such as project progress review meetings, quality circles, and the like. Develop and maintain detailed product schedules. monitor cost and commitment through requisition and invoice review. ensure adherence to recommended best practices such as the critical path method. ensure adherence to quality standards such a Total Quality Management or Six Sigma by ensuring employees follow quality standards and by using quality control checklists. apply various project progress methods to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines or deliverables. revise strategies to overcome roadblocks or delays through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, innovating short cuts or alternative ways, improvising with available resources, scheduling overtime to meet the deadline, and the like. ensuring compliance with safety standards developing and monitoring project cost forecasts.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field. Professional knowledge in Construction, methods, and applications. Knowledge in related governmental laws and legislation.
