•Apply occupational health and safety and environmental standards department. •Apply Ahram System for Manufacture AMS requirements. •Measure the skills of Department personnel and make skills matrix. •Distribute of tasks to production workers Department to ensure proper utilization of human resources available. •Set Training plans for production staff to upgrade their skills. •Encourage employees to participate in continuous improvement and provide ideas and innovation. •Make the regular performance appraisal of staff. •Distribution of daily production plans to production operations centers. •Follow up the implementation of the job orders to the various production centers to achieve monthly production plan. •Identify the needs of Human Resources for the implementation of production plans. •Measure the performance rate of the Department specified in the "Al-Ahram system for the manufacture "AMS" (in quality, cost, productivity and delivery). •Analyze the causes of deviations from the required performance levels. •Develop and follow-up necessary actions to correct deviations from the required performance levels operational plans. •Close cooperation with other departments to solve problems and develop performance and continuous improvement and the development of future plans. •Control losses of production processes. •Control of raw materials and parts inventory within the production halls. •Ensure congruence between the output data and the actual inventory and recorded data on the ERP system. •Maintain the equipment and ensure the smooth operation and effective communication with the maintenance department to reduce malfunctions and speed of reform and achieving preventive maintenance plans. •Calculate the needs of section of the many tools and supplies necessary for the operation and the development of its annual plans.
Qualifications •Education: BSC. Mechanical Engineering from certified University. •Technical and managerial skills: leadership skill - Good deal with colleagues and subordinates - communication skills - problem solving skill - the skill of understanding and analysis of engineering and production data. •Previous experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar industrial field. •Fluency in English and computer skills. •Initiative and the ability to innovate. •Ability to understand and analyze Production Engineering Data.
