- Is responsible of handling all end user computing issues including but not limited to below tasks: o Working in 24/7 operation reporting to technical support unit team leader. o Receiving end users/customers issues via ticketing tool, phone and email o Troubleshooting end users / customer issues and provide a solution within agreed SLA o Escalate to 2nd line support whenever needed within agreed OLA o Documentation of all activities related to end users issues o Adherence to all tasks assigned by the team leader o Providing analysis reports for all end users tickets
Qualifications - 3-4 years’ experience in end users support environment. - ITIL V3 Foundation certificate is preferred. - Experience working with System Center Configuration Manager is preferred. - MCSA / MCSE is a must. - Good knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. - Flexibility, Communication, Teamwork, Innovation and discipline are a preferred attributes for the candidates.
