•Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. •Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. •Assist with placement of all sales lead on CRM. •Advise on general company information. •Answer general questions about Trips and programs. •Act as the company gatekeeper. •Suggest solutions in case of problems. •Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation. •Inform customer of deals and promotions. •Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes. •Work with operations manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. •Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. •Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation. •Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. •Maintains quality service by following organization standards. •Tracks employees learning curves for training purposes
