1. Identifies new business opportunities for Cisco services portfolio by analyzing prospects and turn this into incremental business. 2. Identify and communicate with decision makers within partner/end customer organizations. 3. Work with internal team to develop proposals that speaks to the partner /end user needs, concerns, and objectives. 4. Present Cisco service portfolio to focused channel partners and enhance existing relationships. 5. Generate and communicate pipeline, arrange with Cisco / Partner AM proper actions to close open opportunities. 6. Develop activities to generate new leads, communicate with partners and follow-up to close open opportunities. 7. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in focused services portfolio. 8. Forecast services sales targets and ensure they are met by the internal sales team. 9. Track and record activities on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. 10. Provide forecast insights for Cisco Division Manager and finance team.
Qualifications 1- Business development experience at the same field (Engineering, information technology background is a must). 2- Engineering bachelor degree or any other equivalent degree. 3-Demonstrate success in defining and launching products. 4- IT background is a must.

Other Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development Industry knowledge, networking skills, marketing / sales orientation, appreciation of customer needs, high energy levels, ability to meet sales targets, communication & presentation skills, Researching & Prospecting skills, strategic thinking and sound understanding of business principles.
Compensations Basic salary, commission while achieving agreed sales targets ,Social Insurance & medical insurance (optional)
