• Receive bills from Collections Section Head& distribute to the customers. • Receive the letters of guarantees& deliver them to the customer and follow up, collect& refund them when they are done. • Follow up billing as a main job. • present the customer’s problems for the direct manager& follow up with the concerning departments. • Issue the final insurance recovery procedures for various operations& complete the procedures within government agencies. • Work procedures of secure contracting extracts and assays in government agencies. • Post certainly the validity of the customer’s accounts with the direct manager& also with clients. • Follow up with customers to work on the preparation of payments. • issue the daily statement collection report. • follow up bounced checks with customers. • To deliver confirmations to customers& follow up validation. • Any tasks are assigned according to work requirements. • Maintain a decent behavior, a business like conduct and good appearance.
Qualifications B.Sc. / license degree from a reputable university/ Institute or equivalent (B.Sc. of Commerce graduates are preferred. •Fresh graduate or up to 2 year’s maximum experience in a similar or related field. •High level of communication & negotiation skills with different levels. • High ability to maintain high level of accuracy, proficiency& confidentiality. • Ability to travel inside Egypt whenever required by business needs.
