1. Maintain and repair the electric components for all earth moving equipment’s. 2. Increase the efficiency of the site equipment, and keep them available for use at any time 3. Report the Maintenance Manager &/OR Site Manager in case of any damages may occur 4. Provide technical advices to carry out the maintenance operations of the site 5. Control, guide and train all workshop workers to the professional performance and develop the maintenance operations, and evaluate them annually, 6. Monitor the activities of the maintenance section by reviewing variety of records, including work plans, periodic reports, and expenditures. Initiate correction of errors in the case of any. 7. Must follow & keep Safety procedures & housekeeping for equipment & the surrounding area of the workshop 8. Deliver necessary training and advises to the workshop maintenance team of the Site 9. Follow up the workshop maintenance teams working days and days off schedule and shift timetable according to the company policy and procedures, and guarantee the availability of the maintenance team 24/7 10. Initiates the workers monthly bonus through the company policy 11. Work with cost saving principals 12. Communicates effectively with other site/company sections 13. Respect the clients internal regulations in term of health and safety, security, during movement inside factory either by transportation or on foot
Qualifications 1. He shall hold a Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering. 2. Min 2-3 Years experience in heavy (earth moving) equipment’s. 3. ( Loader,Excavators,Forklifts,Trucks....etc) 4. Previous experience with heavy equipment agent is an asset 5. Self motivated and dynamic personality 6. High ability to work in different sites and locations 7. Very good in Writing in both: Arabic and English. 8. Proficient in computer and its applications 9. Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally 10. Ability to run special technical audits 11. Has communications, leadership, planning and effective guidance skills 12. He shall have the capacity to analyze and solve technical problems
