1. supervises the workshop maintenance team of the Site 2. Available 24/7 & work under on-Call system 3. Must follow & keep Safety procedures & housekeeping for equipment & the surrounding area of the workshop 4. Deliver necessary training and advises to the workshop maintenance team of the Site 5. Increase the efficiency of the site equipment, and keep them available for use at any time 6. Initiates the workers monthly bonus through the company policy 7. Propose maintenance plans and future strategic goals that serve the overall mission of the companys technically, administratively and financially 8. Work with cost saving principals 9. Communicates effectively with other site/company sections 10. Respect the clients internal regulations in term of health and safety, security, during movement inside factory either by transportation or on foot 11. Report the Maintenance Manager &/OR Site Manager in case of any damages may occur 12. Provide technical advices to carry out the maintenance operations of the site 13. Control, guide and train all workshop workers to the professional performance and develop the maintenance operations, and evaluate them annually, 14. Evaluate, analyze and process information on related topics to the maintenance activities 15. Preparation of primary strategic action plan for the maintenance section to be presented to the Maintenance Manager &/Or Site Manager
Qualifications 1. He shall hold a Bachelor degree of Engineering in mechanical engineering. 2. Min 2-3 Years experience in heavy (earth moving) equipment maintenance. ( Loader,Excavators,Forklifts,Trucks....etc) 3. Previous experience with heavy equipment agent is an asset 4. Self motivated and dynamic personality 5. High ability to work in different sites and locations 6. Very good in Writing in both: Arabic and English. 7. Proficient in computer and its applications 8. Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally 9. Ability to run special technical audits 10. Has communications, leadership, planning and effective guidance skills 11. He shall have the capacity to analyze and solve technical problems
