Preparing & filling different tax returns in its due time. Submitting certificates with our mutual transactions for our customers and suppliers. Managing the tax inspection processes. Coordinate with the tax advisors and external auditors in the controversial issues. Managing the processes of terminating the previous disputes with the tax authority Preparing internal & external memorandums regarding the tax legal opinions regarding the different business issues. Reviewing the companies processes & activities to assure that they have done according the applicable tax laws, e.g., contracting with suppliers & customers, invoicing processes, layouts of documents. Participate in Tax planning in coordination with the Department Manager.
Qualifications Seven or more years of general tax experience. Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. Extensive consulting and compliance experience. Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred. Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred. In-depth knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations. Prior supervisory experience required. Professional qualification in progress (CPA, ACCA, ESAA). Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required.
