A brand manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a brand in accordance with overall company policy. The main focus of any brand manager’s job is to: - Improve the commercial performance of the brand by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability. - Achieve performance objectives will require action in one of the main areas of retail activity: store operations; buying; customer care; marketing; logistics; information technology, and construction department. - Major parts of the job on a day-to-day basis include managing staff, finding new ways to improve sales, and meeting customer demand. - Brand manager plan and select the range, type and quantity of products according to: o customer demand (ex, price, quality and availability); o trends; o brand policy; o Budget.
