• Work as the second level support for all systems issues and new requirements. • Communicate with local and foreign vendors for IT solutions. • Communicate with GPB&T functional and technical consultants to resolve SAP business issues and agree on new functionalities and common solutions. • Translate business plans to IT development plans for the assigned business area, in line with policies and procedures approved by the management of the assigned business area. • Gather, interpret, and identify IT developments and trends within the business and recommend measures to the Business Process Owner if necessary. • Prepare with business the functional design for new requirements or applications. • Work with the external suppliers on technical and functional system testing. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with the external vendors or GPB&T service teams. • Advise on and facilitate management of IT development projects and business process improvement opportunities in relation to the business priorities for the assigned business area. • Initiate and formulate project definitions and a proposal in close cooperation with the business. • Initiate and lead IT development projects as the business and system consultant to the relevant business area. • Translate the service request of the business into new projects or enhancements. • Maintain and build relationships with internal customers and relevant parties. • Determine the content of the program, guard coherence between initiatives and streams based on the priorities set by Business Process Owners, together with the business portfolio responsible manager and whenever appropriate initiate decision making on continuing / adjusting / stopping of individual projects. • Maintain and keep track of IT and business developments and share knowledge with colleagues and relevant stakeholders. 
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in computer or business administration or similar degree. Knowledge and Experience: • Min 5 years of experience in dealing with applications. • SAP Functional experience • Different application experience is a plus. • Strong knowledge of Excel. • SQL and database understanding • Understanding business main cycles and integration point between different departments
