Participates effectively in completing the expansion program (market researches, retail and data analysis) developed by marketing coordinator and responsible for implementing it. Follow up with Engineering, landlords and license contractors to accelerate the under construction projects to be streamed as scheduled. Surveys market prices of the company’s properties in order to release them at the best prices to improve profitability.
Qualifications 6-7 years Retail Marketing Experience. Background in conducting feasibility studies
