• Provide Administration for all hardware Contacting Hardware maintenance and support team (within COMPANY or third parties) to report the hardware problems and cooperate with Hardware support till the hardware problems get solved. • Manage backup activities including scheduling, labeling, offsite storing, rotating, backup policy , etc… as per COMPANY guidelines • Providing technical assistance and support for technical application support team and Database Support team within COMPANY or Third-Parties to get problems solved. • Provide Solaris, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ontap operating system administration and support for servers and workstations. • Perform moves in accordance with pre-approved move requests coordinated through COMPANY’s building services. • Responsible for all changes to the hardware or software • configuration of an existing device requiring a visit to the desk as per COMPANY guidelines
Qualifications • Redhat Admin 1 &2 is a must • ITIL foundation is preferred • Communication skills is required • Soft skills is highly required • Good communication skills
