Description -Ensure daily operation performance tuning, systems high availability and recovery procedures for critical enterprise systems and SAP platform.
-Serve as technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems Unix, Linux and Windows servers.
- Responsible for operating systems setup, configuration and system applications.
- Implement disaster recovery systems plan with regular testing to insure recovery high availability.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure the SAP based systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment. This includes assisting with the configuration and maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recover SAP solutions.
-Ensure that all operation services are working
-Handle servers logs and critical attentions from main servers.
-Working directly with local vendors technical support to insure high response proactively with hardware attentions.
-Manages storage, Virtualization servers, Shared folders, smart printing
-Manages daily backup procedures for main servers, storage and super users.
-Setup main Domain and sub domains for branches.
-Manage Unix clustering
-Implementing security policies for domain, groups and users.
- Ensures high availability for main servers to insure operations online real-time without interruptions.
Qualifications - Implement and support SAP ECC with speciality in one or more components such as BI, Business Objects, PI, Portal, SRM, CRM, BPC and MDM is essential. - Solid experience in AIX, Linux &UNIX - Certifications in SAP or equivalent experience - ITIL & PMP experience is a plus
