Description     - Daily reconciliation and settlement reports for banks, merchants & billers -Resolve the emerging disputes arising from reconciliation. -Daily Settlement for successful transactions and confirmations from banks, merchants & billers. —Daily Highlights to financial operations supervisor for all pending and dispute transactions. —Monthly reports for total month transactions per (banks- merchants -billers-customer fees-biller applied fees-commissions) —Assist billers-banks & merchants to communicate with fawry technical team in case of technical problems.
Qualifications    Experience 2-4 years Technical Skills o Ability to deal with large number of transactions and to have sense of figures. • Data manipulation skills and errors or disputes investigation techniques. • Ability to reconcile large number of transactions among different parties. • Self Organized and ability to keep records/files in organized fashion. • Ability to handle problems with multiple parties to arrive to resolution and tracking the corrective actions at the different parties. • Ability to work under pressure and working with sensitive information • Good communication skills. • MS Excel professional user. Non-technical skills Good communication skills Self Organized Hard worker
