Nile Projects & Trading Company is seeking to hire Admin Assistant in Alexandria
Description:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to ensure municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Location: Alexandria
Responsibilities:
1. Type correspondence, reports and other documents and updates CEO‘s meeting’s agenda.
2. Maintain office files & confidential records
3. Support the process of visa issuance to applicants and following up till passports are collected back in Alex.
4. Help in the placing of Nile Projects monthly tire production order, and enter related order allocation on the company’s system.
5. Revising the new US$ prices and follow up updates.
6. Submitting Medical claims follow them up till payment is confirmed and Following up settlements of Amex Credit Cards.
7. Following up frequent flyer cards and claiming process to redeem lost miles.
8. Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers.
9. Facilitate special event registration and execution.
10. Handle (Travel Agency) Invoices (Receiving, revising up until settlement)
11. Assisting in preparing required documents to apply for visa for NPTCO staff( filling up applications, , flight & hotel booking ...)
12. Perform other related duties as required by Executive Assistant
13. Other related assignment requested by Chairman, CEO & GM.
Education:
1)Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
2)At least one year experience of administrative and clerical work.
3)knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - word processing, and database management.
4)Proficient in speaking , spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
