Description Establish strong working relationships with system users and provide training and support Identify training needs, and deliver training according to needs Formulate proposals for new systems, procedures and/or processes Act as a liaison with management and staff to resolve problems and improve systems Create and maintain test plans for patches and upgrades of supported systems Participate as a member and/or lead project teams Create and maintain user documentation for supported systems Compile feature requests for future releases of products Ensures that the delivery of systems is according to company / owner needs
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree. •Three to Five years of experience in the Information Technology field of application support/product management •Experience using and supporting an ERP system such as Mapics R9, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle •Good experience working on iSeries servers ( OS/400 ) •Programming experience using RPG/400 , CL/400, QUERY/400 •Experience supporting Procurement or Distribution processing •Knowledge of relational databases and client/server technologies •Proficient computer skills including working with Microsoft Office (Visio, Access, Excel, Word etc.)
