Description - Handling the relations with various Custom Authorities, Clearing Agencies and other entities as required. - Reporting to various parties including central buying office abroad and others in English. - Following up on the custom clearance status of Import/Export shipments solving any issues might arise on the way. - Ensuring completeness of all Import/Export required documents - Review and report to logistics department the timely processes of shipping, delivery and documentation to customers. - Issue and review the necessary documentation and forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import & export activities. - Share with logistics department the planning and implementation of effective and relevant transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and its customers. - Collaborate with other departments to integrate import & export work flow with business systems or processes, such as customer sales and accounting.
Qualifications - Holding a Bachelor degree - 3/5 years’ experience in Import/Export is a must, preferably in food staff.
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - Excellent communication & negotiation skills - Excellent computer skills
