Description Assist in the training needs analysis process. Support the administrative and coordination of BariQs training programs as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes. Carries out auditing of the PA process. Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet recruiting resources, walk ins, media, and employee referrals. Screens potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening. Reviews computation, documentation of payroll wages and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy after reporting and ensure that deviations are corrected. Responsible for handling the monthly payroll changes and documentation required.
Qualifications • 1-2 years of work experience. • Accredited HR certificate is a plus.
