Description Receiving requisition from Purchasing Admin. Reviewing terms and conditions received from vendors in quotations. Negotiations of required Prices, terms, dates, Issue & Manage P0s. Following up items Delivery. Receiving statement accounts review Statement accounts and verify them versus received orders and sending orders to finance. Negotiate the monthly payment plan with the suppliers. Submit weekly reports for all orders with actual lead time versus target. Notify concerned party once the shipment arrived. Bi-weekly Archive the P0 document. Monthly Update Back to Back agreements file. Weekly update P0 details file by shipping fee. 0pen new supplier accounts.
Qualifications Bachelor degree.3-5 years experience in logistics or shipping
Gender Female
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent communication skills - very good computer skills.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
