Description - Maintain up to date sales information and materials for business references - Sales Administration & Assistant activities - Assignment offers preparation and following up till the handover phase of the purchase orders. - Corporate communication and marketing activities. - Translate local and international news in to English. - Coordinating correspondence - Prepare/Audit cost control information for proposals using SAP - Managing the meeting room. - Prepare forms for vacation and business trip. - Update absence list and late arrivals. - Perform any allied tasks as assigned - Update and store advertising materials as brochures, reference lists, etc. - Maintain a database for the company business contacts. - Organize conferences and exhibitions. - Prepare registration and pre qualification files. - Type and format proposal documents. - Prepare, pack & send proposal hard copies.
Qualifications - BS.c Business Administration or similar - 2 years experience

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills team working and problem solving - Standard office Software (Microsoft)
