Description Responsible for carrying out all types of portfolios (institutions ” banks ” pension funds ” individuals‡‡.etc) by implementing the following: — Obtaining and checking executed transactions made by the Asset Management team. — Obtaining custodians reports (banks & book keepers) in order to reconcile with portfolios books. — Updating portfolios records by executed transactions as well as custodian balances. — Preparing the required reports (such as available cash for trading & custodians balances) to help the Asset Management team in their decisions. — Following up and updating records by corporate actions which affect portfolios investments (such as stock split, stock dividends, cash dividends and general assemblies). — Calculating portfolios fees & charges such as (management fees and performance fees). — Preparing client portfolio performance relative to other indices. — Preparing all other different type of reports required by our clients. — Dealing with brokers and book keepers in order to settle executed transactions
Qualifications Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience maximum • Faculty of Commerce English Section Accounting

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
