Description —Create and execute an effective call plan with focus on potential customers in order to achieve calls and sales targets. —Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals —Responsible to achieve sales and market share targets for GSK in the assigned territory. —Communicate and collaborate with the Territory Manager/Line Manager and marketing personals on goals —Build business relationships with assigned customers —Utilize your customer focused selling skills in your presentations, and keeping post call notes to assist with pre-call planning —Attend and participate actively in various internal and external meetings —Merchandising GSK products in the pharmacy point of sales and support materials for maximum impact —Ensure stock availability and tracking consumption trend for all GSK products. —Remain in compliance as required in line with GSK company standards. —Taking the opportunity to prospect for new business and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers
Qualifications •Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees •Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity •Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values •Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with the teams and all support departments
