Description —Technically assist ADSL customer/resellers by acting as second line support to ensure finalizing customer problem. —Communicate with ADSL customer/resellers the result of the support cycle in order to keep customer posted. —Assist resellers technical inquires through reseller portal CRM application communication channel in order to ensure solving customer problem. —Assist retained customer technically in order to keep LINKdotNET customer. —Handle NTRA customer technical complains in order to keep them satisfied. —Technical troubles shoot with VIPs accounts to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
