Description — Prepare customers aging through identifying the exact dates on which payments will be made by each customer — Revenue recognition recording and tracking according to EAS — collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines reconciliation of accounts monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities — maintain accounts receivable customer files follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash and prepare bank deposits — investigate and resolve customer queries process adjustments organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally — Manage the account receivable team and stick to deadlines — Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the Financial Controller
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Good knowledge of both IFRS & EAS • Analysis and reporting of financial data. • Knowledge of Microsoft office & any ERP systems . • Fluent English language & presentable is a must • Experience in property developing sector will be a plus
