Description The candidate will primarily be responsible for the development/coding and testing of the Energy Data Management System for the Government of Egypt. The Junior Expert will be hired as a full-time employee for one year contract.
Qualifications • Master degree in Computer Science with a specialization in database systems is a must. • Excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken English. • At least 5 years of professional experience in the development/coding of database management systems. • Proven experience in the development and implementation of database management systems (ideally in the field of statistics) or in a similar operating environment. • Experience with high-quality open source solutions is required. • Professional experience in the Middle East or developing countries would be an advantage.

Compensations Monthly Salary is 15,000LE inclusive for one year contract.
