Description 1- Infrastructure Maintain the business infrastructure including PC Clients, Printers, Scanners, and any IT Equipments to achieve reliability and availability without interruptions or failures. Installing and configuring computer systems. Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving hardware and software faults. Communicating with the IT team in any IT incidents, work as 1st level support. Perform the Backup strategy process regularly. Monitor and Review the assets for IT hardware, software, and equipments. 2- Network Maintaining the network equipments and monitor its operation successfully. Monitoring the security of the LAN. Contact the service provider for network failure incidents.
Qualifications Qualifications: Strong technical background, excellent knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Desktop Applications. Good Knowledge in Network LAN devices, switches, routers, and TCP/IP troubleshooting. Good analytically skills for troubleshooting various applications, antivirus programs. Working Knowledge with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Working knowledge with ISA, Microsoft
