Description 1.Coordinating sales operations with the other company departments. 2.Coordinate with the Sales Manger to ensure the target volume achievements. 3.Preparing the needed reports as requested to monitor the sales results. 4.Monitoring the Cars booking, deliveries and cancellation within the company, formulating the appropriate process to assure optimum booking, deliveries and cancellation procedures. 5.Responsible for allocating the available vehicles according to the dates of reservation in accordance with the priority lists in coordination with the Sales Manager. 6.Monitoring the vehicles supply and provide early notification in case of any delays or data changes 7.Handling the cars process logistics within the Sales Department and should coordinate with all the showrooms Managers, MBEg , and the sister companies to assure an organized and timely process is being implemented to enhance the delivery process to the end users. 8.Prepare the second level employees in the operation department. 9.Coordinating with the showrooms Managers to facilitate the cars displays as planned with the Sales Manager. 10.Coordinating with the Finance department to plan and organize the needed fund for the cars purchases and also the in-flow fund forecast. 11.Enhancing the delivery process to ensure the smooth system to the customers convenient and reduce the time and eliminate any delivery errors. 12.Following up the car value collection to enhance the delivery process.
Qualifications Managerial & Leadership skills, High Communication skills, Presentation skills, Analytical thinking.
