Description -Supervise installation, operation and maintenance of crusher plant -Prepare configurations and specifications for new plant/materials requirements. -Work with all mine production staff to ensure production schedule compliance. -Quarry development in Mine Planning. -Self-reliant individual, able to work on own initiative and meet deadlines. -Ability to keep people informed and to work flexible hours.
Qualifications -Minimum 7 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of 200+ ton/hour crusher plants of different types. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role preferably in an aggregate mine; or equivalent combination of education and experience -Relevant academic qualifications with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).

Other Skills -Familiarly with standard industry concepts, practices, procedures and components/spare parts sources. - Professional Experience in the following are highly preferred: crusherQC, AutoCAD, Excel, Word. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public - Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions - Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
