Arrange with agents &suppliers .Arrange for preparing all shipping documents & ensure that all documentation meet freight regulations & customer requirements & ensure that any other required documents /approval will be available for clearance purpose ” provide an interface department, coordinate with it to process agents situation ” Responsible for tracking the shipments status from shipments arrival /departure ” preparing daily /weekly /monthly reports.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree Good communication skills – Good computer . organized details Oriented . and self motivated.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills preferable experience in freight forwarding / shipping . Reporting skills
