Description — Develops a qualification strategy from Project URS to handover — Develops a Qualification plan for the project which defines all actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy the user/customer and product quality and validation requirements — Conducts GxP Risk Assessment and provides Reports — Leads the FRA assessment — Conducts internal Project Reviews and Vendor Quality Audits, and ensures that the standard quality management procedures are followed and properly executed (formal aspects, not content). — Manages Project documentation (GxP/GEP). — Conducts regular site reviews by Rolling Engineering Assurance to strengthen and improve Engineering Compliance in the sites — Enables and facilitates the sharing and leveraging of local best practices in technical compliance. — Participates actively in definition of new processes and procedures and their periodic review and strives for improvements. — Advises all interested parties of changes to regulatory and legal requirements. — Participates in vendor quality audits or internal quality audits when request-ed. — Provides compliance related training as required.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.). Quality Certificate is a plus.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills - Several years of Validation / Qualification experience in Multinational environment. - Leadership experience for the management of external resources - Further technical compliance knowledge in chemical, pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production - extended knowledge of internal and external technical regulatory requirements
