Description Lead customer through ITSM engagements by assembling information to determine, document and agree customer ITSM requirements, conducting AS-IS assessment in line with ISO 20000 standard and ITIL frameworks, conducting Gap Analysis and producing recommendations Defining, designing, deploying and implementing processes, workflows and policies aligned to ITIL framework and developing templates, guidelines and other job aids to run the implemented processes Assessing and formulating tool requirements to execute the processes and ensuring that all the processes are institutionalized within customer environment Conducting periodic compliance audits / assessments against defined processes and various quality models such as ITIL, ISO 20000. Reporting, ensuring and facilitating closure of all non- compliances by driving/initiating corrective actions within customer environment
Qualifications • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with Management level • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize with minimal supervision •Multi- tasking skills •Team player with ability to work with cross functional teams

Education major Computer Engineering
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Experience writing technical documentation and contributing to proposals •Conversant with Incident management tools such as Microsoft Service Manager, HP Service Manager, Remedy
