Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Manage problem solving for problems raised from multi incidents in operations. Manage event managements for critical and important events. Write, debug, and maintain code. Evaluate established methods and procedures and prepare recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate. Document customer business rules, .business cases, incidents, problems, events and alerts. Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions. Defining systems scope and objectives. Planning and scheduling the installation of new or modified hardware and operating systems and applications software.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering 4-6 years experience as System Analyst supporting Oracle ERP Supply chain modules • IT principles, methods, and practices in the assigned specialty area; • IT systems development life cycle management concepts; • Performance monitoring principles and methods; • Quality assurance principles; • Technical documentation methods and procedures; • Systems security methods and procedures; • Analytical methods; • Oral and written communication techniques • Basic IT architecture; • Applications software principles and methods; • Training methods • Knowledge-based applications
