Description 1-gathering data for making phone calls within target sectors, using manual and electronic guides and other sources of information. 2-Performing telemarketing activities over the phone with the aim of generating leads within target sectors. 3-submitting the daily and monthly report to marketing manager 4-Using customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updating relevant information contained in these systems. 5-Assisting the marketing department gathering customers feedback by satisfaction letters which helps in setting the Service Evaluations. 6-Carrying out pre-event activities. Inviting clients and prospects for seminars, exhibitions and client days.
Qualifications 1•High interpersonal and communication skills. 2•Ability to work over the phone for long hours. 3•Fluent English both written and verbal. 4•IT experience is preferable
