Description Contribute to the development of the annual Budgeting, Planning and Reporting plan ensuring that it is aligned with the overall Finance plan. Document all processes and procedures related to budget development and ensure they are regularly updated and in alignment with the overall Finance plan. Initiate the annual budgeting process to ensure that financial budgets are consolidated and prepared in a timely and accurate manner. Contribute to the development of the Community budget - in coordination with the Head of Community Management- to ensure that all expenses to be paid by the community are adequately forecasted, managed and properly communicated in order to minimize any disputes. Manage the integration of the Community Fee Model with the budget in coordination with Planning & Development & Community Management to ensure that Community Fees are determined. Manage the tracking of actual performance against budget for each budget centre on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and provide reports to management and each department head with financial results and variance analysis reports for revenues, costs, and cash flows to ensure critical issues are identified and appropriate recommendations are carried out. Provide the forecast cash flow information extracted from the budget to the Head of Finance to assist in the management of the Treasury function.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a relevant discipline. Minimum Experience: 10 years experience in budgeting and reporting with 2 years of experience supervising or managing a team. Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of accounting practices and standards. Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting methods. Strong analytical abilities. Ability to set priorities, manage own work and achieve results without constant supervision Ability to motivate and manage team members
