Description - Assisting CEO in all possible work, like in meetings, preparing documents and presentations. - Completing the assigned work at any given time without delay and reporting to CEO with completion of given tasks at end of day. - Updating CEO about appoints with various Head of Departments. - Making sure all the reports and data files are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters. - Updating all staff members with the changes that take place in any thinh related to CEO work. - Organizing and managing the day-to-day running of the CEOs affairs to ensure the provision of high-quality support. - Managing the schedules to enhance effective time management as long as coordinating activities, prioritizing appointments and rescheduling when necessary. - Managing,screening and monitoring the CEOs correspondence,including calls and posts to ensure they are dealt with appropriately. - Collecting and researching information on assigned matters. - Producing reports and statistical analyses as per the request of the CEO. - Ensuring that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the CEO for meetings, trips, and events. - Meeting and greeting visitors to the CEOs office as appropriate. - Working with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfil abocve mentioned
Qualifications - candidate has to be able to work with a very good team work spirit - very good knowledge of Microsoft office programs as well as very good internet browser, welcoming to deal with all managerial levels
