Description -Recruitment, Payroll, Personnel, Training, Compensation and Benefits -Keep track of all penalties, deductions, bonuses and related payments -Dealing with the social insurance and the work office -Supervising employee working files and administering all HR-related letters -Handling internal investigations within the company -Handling all internal mobile lines, Business Cards, Employees IDs. -Leading regular meetings with team leaders to identify -Assist in planning and executing the training plans -Analyzing quarterly evaluations -Designing and implementing a compensation scheme annual appraisals -Support recruitment tasks including: -Screening the CVs, Contact applicants, set an interview schedules -Assist in the Assessment phase and track their final results. -Phone / HR interviews
Qualifications B.Sc of Business Administration / equivalent. Post Graduate degree in Human Resources is a must.
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills -Communication Skills. -Leadership Ability. -Self motivated -Ability to work under pressure with least supervision.
