Description 1-Answer and handle phone calls and screen them as per the Financial Director directions. 2-Receive the financial forms and specify where they will be directed to. 3-Attend the meetings and take minutes to report to the Financial Director. 4-Continuously handle and screen IN and OUT financial emails. 5-Send and receive faxes and inform the Financial Controller with the most urgent. 6-Handle and categorize the post. 7-Welcome the guests and inform them with the right information. 8-Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications 1-Bachelor of Commerce with Financial background (Accounting graduate). 2-Minimum 2 years of experience in financial works. 3-Administrative work previous experience will be an asset.
