Description Provide support and coordination to the sales process and lead management. Analyse the RFI/RFP, gather information and coordinate the bid technical review and drafting of the RFI/RFP response. Maintain proper and effective documentation Maintain sales CRM at all times and ensure that all accurate documentations are maintained. Compile Sales Managers pipeline into a Country Representation pipeline and provide needed information to business unit pipeline to show estimated contract values by stage (opportunity, lead and proposal). 2. Follow up on potential client requirements by participating in pre-sales meetings with the clients and partners to identify and document their needs. 3. Ensure accuracy of the terms and conditions placed on sub-contractors to minimize risk to clients. 4. Maintain all documents on SharePoint portal and content management system.
Qualifications Bachelor in IT or related certificates

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills High communication skills Bid Management experience 2-3 years in an international IT Company
