Description —Ensure all vendor invoices are recorded within the period and accurate coding and posting into G/L for APL. —Assisting in period close accruals. —Reconciling disbursement bank accounts. —General assistance to direct manager. —G&A backup. —Monitoring and handling disbursements/accruals. —Monitoring and handling POs according to vendor contracts —Bank reconciliation for disbursement accounts. —Reconciliation of Vendor accounts. —Maintaining/updating OPs vendors profiles.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. •Experience: 1-2 years preferably in Shipping and logistics industry.
