Description — Understand the clients needs and translate the ‘idea– to a design concept — Working closely with the graphic designers to produce the generated concepts according to standards — Determining the best ways for achieving the constant flow of work. — Lead creative sessions for the projects — Manage multiple projects from concept through completion. — Follow up the Art designers, and guide them through implementing work. — Guide the deadlines of projects, as he is totally responsible for accomplishing the dates. — Delegating out sources through all channels, ads, interviews, etc.., as the decision will be upon his responsibility
Qualifications • 6 - 9 years’ experience in a similar role • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Agency experience is preferred • Has good presentation skills • Proven record of handling and Tier1 client’s’ needs • The ability to work under pressure and meet the assigned deadlines • Project Management Skills • Good command of the English language, written and spoken • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Thorough knowledge of the basic design principles: Alignment, Proximity, Repetition, and Contrast
