Description Utilize various transportation to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling. Logistics coordinators have to chalk out strategies to avoid wastage and reduce operational costs wherever possible. Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound shipments, as required facilitating timely movement. Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation. Communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments. Ensures accuracy of physical inventory order sequence by entering inter-company purchase orders and inter-company transfers into the system following defined processes. Verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed. Follow the rules about international transportation and shipment of goods. Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods
Qualifications Pleasant and exceeding personality. Negotiation Skills Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive individual and a hard worker. Able to build and deliver presentations. Able to persuade and convince others / Influence decision making.
