Description —Prepare training and presentations for internal and external meetings —Support commercial team with mocks and pitch decks —Follow up on technical issues reported by the local teams and insure info complete before reporting to 7awi —Evaluate partnerships with support from 7awi —Weekly performance report on properties —Weekly competitive reports —Manage Media Sites: —Make sure local content and events are uploaded on timely schedule —Work with social media team for online promotions —Manage Enterprise Accounts —Manage Market Directory —Manage Display ads Sales —Generate reports —Monitor the uploading process on weekly basis and make sure that the ads are linked to correct Market Directory —Analyze the content on the website, and strengthen the weak areas, such as Properties listed by location. —Fix all Problems that the clients are facing and coordinate with technical team —Monitor the Facebook, BBM and Twitter posts —Random check on SEO keywords —Make random calls to users listing on the website to get their feedback on our service (Classifieds, Cars, Real estate listings)
Qualifications * Good knowledge of computer and internet skills. Must know Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp) * Good organization and communication skills. English and Arabic required. Must be able to send detailed reports/emails in English and Arabic * Presentable and able to run workshops and presentations to internal and external teams * Self-driven and willing to learn and take the initiative * Team player and able to direct others and put priorities

Other Skills This role will report directly to each local operation (Country Manager) with dotted reporting line to 7awi. The individual will be responsible to manage and priorities all defined tasks and work with the local operation team to ensure execution on objectives.
